Our in-house inspection team operate within a secured environment, utilising a large CMM for high tolerance work and following strict policies both during and after the manufacturing process. All calibration is in line with UKAS.
We store full quality data records for full traceability and FAT are welcomed prior to worldwide shipment.
For more advanced quality requirement we can carry out full inspection or ISIRs as well as in house water testing facilities and Dye Penetration and NDT where appropriate.
All records and results are maintained within our bespoke ERP system.
